Terms of use
Terms for the public website, customer workspace, quotes, and TrkElnIt software services.
Last updated: August 16, 2026
1. Website and account use
You may use the website to review services, contact TrkElnIt, request a quote, schedule a meeting, and access an authorized customer workspace. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt services, probe systems without written authorization, upload harmful material, or use the platform unlawfully.
2. Quotes and engagements
Website prices and descriptions are planning information, not a binding offer. Scope, deliverables, assumptions, acceptance criteria, timing, fees, payment terms, support, third-party costs, and ownership are established only in a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, contract, or other direct commercial confirmation.
3. Customer materials and permissions
You must have the rights and authority needed for files, data, credentials, accounts, websites, documents, software, and third-party systems supplied for an engagement. Instructions must comply with applicable law, contracts, platform terms, privacy duties, and employment or professional obligations.
4. Third-party services
Projects may depend on cloud platforms, APIs, identity providers, payment processors, AI providers, and other third parties. Their availability, pricing, quotas, policies, and changes are outside TrkElnIt’s control. Material dependencies and customer-paid services should be identified in the engagement scope.
5. AI and automated output
AI and automation can produce incomplete or incorrect output. The engagement must identify appropriate validation, human review, approval, and escalation controls. You remain responsible for decisions made from output unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership and licence terms for customer-specific deliverables, pre-existing tools, reusable components, third-party software, open-source software, and project materials are governed by the applicable engagement agreement. Website content, branding, and materials may not be copied or represented as your own without permission.
7. Confidentiality and privacy
Confidentiality terms may be included in a separate agreement. Personal information handled through the website is described in the Privacy Policy, and browser storage is described in the Cookie Notice.
8. Availability and warranties
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. Specific service levels, warranties, maintenance windows, backup commitments, or remedies apply only when included in a written engagement.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users or systems, address non-payment, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce an agreement. Engagement termination and transition obligations are governed by the applicable written terms.
10. Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to [email protected]. These website terms may be updated as services change; the current version and date will remain on this page.
