Privacy policy
How TrkElnIt handles information across the public website, customer accounts, communication, and project delivery.
Last updated: August 16, 2026
1. Who is responsible
TrkElnIt is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Information you submit: name, email address, telephone number, organization, project description, meeting details, messages, uploaded files, and other information included in a request.
- Account information: account identifiers, verified email status, profile details, authentication provider, organization membership, and security or session events.
- Project and service records: requests, scope, contracts, messages, files, delivery history, billing records, and support activity needed to provide an engagement.
- Chat information: chat messages, contact details voluntarily provided during a conversation, and a random session identifier. The assistant creates a secure session only when it is opened or used.
- Technical information: security logs and limited device, browser, network, request, and error data. Cloudflare may provide aggregate, cookie-free website measurement.
3. Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, prepare quotes, create and secure accounts, provide contracted services, operate project workspaces, process authorized transactions, communicate service activity, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI-assisted processing
Some requested workflows use hosted or local AI models. The model, data boundary, permitted tools, retention settings, and human-review requirements are selected for the engagement. TrkElnIt does not publish customer project data or use it as a public portfolio example without authorization. Automated output should be reviewed when the workflow can affect people, money, safety, or legal obligations.
5. Service providers
TrkElnIt uses service providers only where needed to operate the platform or deliver a requested service. These may include AWS for authentication, email, hosting, storage, and monitoring; Cloudflare for DNS, security, delivery, and aggregate web measurement; Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn for optional account sign-in; Stripe when payment processing is enabled; and approved AI providers when a workflow calls for them. Each provider processes information under its own service terms and security controls.
6. Where information is processed
Information may be processed in Canada or in other countries where an approved cloud or service provider operates. When an engagement requires a specific region or private environment, that boundary is documented in the scope.
7. Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, an active account or engagement, security and backup cycles, dispute handling, and applicable tax, accounting, or legal duties. Guest chat sessions use a 30-day browser session cookie; the related server record may be retained longer when it becomes part of a quote, meeting, customer, security, or support record. You may request deletion subject to contractual, security, backup, and legal requirements.
8. Security
Controls include encrypted transport, managed customer authentication, separate staff access, role-based permissions where implemented, secrets kept outside public source, operational logging, monitoring, backups, and restricted access to production information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Sharing and sale
TrkElnIt does not sell personal information. Information is shared with service providers only as needed for the purposes above, with people you authorize within a workspace, in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards, or when disclosure is required by law.
10. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, withdraw optional consent, or raise a concern. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. Manage optional browser features through Cookie preferences, or contact [email protected].
11. Children
The website and business services are not directed to children, and TrkElnIt does not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated as services or legal requirements change. The current version and date will remain available on this page.
